Overview
APEXX AI is an AI automation agency and the AI deployment arm of Common Ground. It packages the group’s internal AI systems into fixed-subscription deployments for operating businesses, built for companies doing $1M to $50M in revenue.
The current product set covers three deployments: an AI lead responder that answers inbound inquiries and books appointments in under 60 seconds; a CRM revival agent that re-engages dormant leads; and an after-hours AI receptionist for 24/7 call handling. Activation runs from five business days to about two weeks, on flat monthly pricing with no per-lead charges.
Within the Common Ground ecosystem, APEXX AI is where the group routes companies below its $10M engagement threshold, so the full collective stays focused on larger founder-operators while smaller businesses still get the group’s AI systems. APEXX AI has been a principal holding since 2024.
