PHOENIX, AZ, May 6, 2026. LÏEF has submitted a bid for a 36,153-square-foot youth and education campus in Phoenix, covering assembly, classroom, and activity space for a faith-based youth organization.
The engineering story is the differentiator: the facility was re-engineered as SABS, the proprietary structural block system, in lieu of the pre-engineered metal building the project was originally conceived around, with self-performed labor on footings, slab, and the block package. The switch trades commodity steel for a wall system with superior thermal and fire performance at a competitive number.
The estimate was produced through Kanopi with the platform's standard blind second pass.
