PHOENIX, AZ, July 6, 2026. Common Ground's data-room practice has passed ten live deployments: purpose-built diligence and venture rooms, each on its own commonground.ventures subdomain, all produced through one repeatable build system.

The standard architecture ships in days, not weeks: a research dossier layer, a working workspace the deal team actually operates in, and a gated proposal track that opens when an engagement advances. Because the rooms double as the team's own working surface, they stay current by default, which is the property investors and counterparties actually care about.

The fleet now spans acquisition diligence, venture packaging, and investor preparation across the portfolio, with the build system itself treated as a product.
