PHOENIX, AZ, July 7, 2026. LÏEF has locked a residential construction contract on a signed, construction-documents-level submittal, closing the loop from takeoff to executed agreement entirely through the Kanopi production lane.
The estimate behind the contract was produced with the platform's standard discipline: per-unit trade math built from the calibrated rate library, and a mandatory blind adversarial second pass re-deriving the quantities independently before the number went out. The client signed on the CD submittal as delivered.
