When Common Ground scoped a technology engagement for a private-equity-backed dental group in August 2026, Robby Prochnow wrote the 90-day technology plan. A sponsor wants to hear a savings number early. He would not give one.

The plan he sent on August 4 runs week by week: a data and documentation foundation in weeks one and two, a review of every department from week two to six, then build, measure and expand through week thirteen, with reports at day 30, 60 and 90. It starts with an AI-readiness review of the data under read-only, scoped access, with patient-data rules designed in from the start. And it says plainly that no savings figure will be stated until the baseline has been verified.

Jesse wrote back that the week-by-week detail is what justifies the rate. The plan became the scope behind the proposal and the appendix to the agreement. On August 17 Robby broke the first 30 days into four weekly steps: the baseline, a review of every vendor with a green, yellow or red verdict on each tool, the analysis, and the roadmap.
