Updated September 2026

A buyer surfaced for a LÏEF project. The default move would've been to hand the whole thing to a broker and wait on their timeline.

I didn't do that. I started the sale process directly and led facilitation myself.

Whoever runs the process controls its pace and its framing. Stay passive, hope an intermediary moves fast, and that's exactly how deals quietly drift and die.

The process started the same day I made that call, and I was personally in the driver's seat on facilitation.

If you care more about the outcome than the intermediary does, take the wheel yourself.

I chose to carry the workload of running it myself rather than trust an outside party's incentives to move as fast as mine.
