Updated September 2026

An analysis flagged me for shipping a takeoff with known issues to another bidder, reading it as a failure of my own verification rule.

I sent it flawed on purpose.

In construction the other side usually reuses your numbers and tweaks them. If the same issues come back in their bid, they never did the work.

The machine had the fact right and the meaning wrong. My correction became the rule my agents follow now.

A record without context produces confident nonsense. My account wins.

I test people the way I test numbers.
