Updated September 2026

In late September 2026 Zen Aegis asked Common Ground to put a real client into Foyer Hall, its white-label client portal. Robby Prochnow had hardened it for scale, and the next step was real use.

Real use found things. On October 2 the payment onboarding threw an error, and he had it working within about 40 minutes. On October 4 Jesse sent a page of notes, and within about 24 hours eight fixes were live: sign-in links a mail scanner could no longer use up, an invite that asks for a name and password, branded reset pages, the firm's own logo on every screen, and room settings so a client only hears from the room when something needs them.

On October 6 the first client invoice would not take payment. The link failed. Within about two hours he had fixed it and added bank payment alongside card. Because Common Ground's invoices are large, he started on a wire-first setting next. A client portal is judged on the day money has to move through it, and on that day the fix came within hours.
