What it is
CDW is a technology reseller headquartered outside Chicago. Khounlavong joined in 2002, after three years selling medical supplies for Medline in Memphis, and left in March 2004 for Nike. The seat was account sales: a book of 125 accounts, each with its own buying cycle, and a revenue number to beat.
It was the last stop before Nike and the one that moved him to Chicago, where his Nike career began the same year.
