What Khounlavong did
- Managed the men's business across all categories for Shiekh and WSS, with direct revenue responsibility above $25M.
- Built and communicated the All-Star line plan for Basketball and Nike Sportswear, and ran the distribution.
- Allocated the launches of that year door by door: the Kobe ring ceremony pack, the LeBron 8 Miami, the Christmas Day Kobe VI.
- Wrote three-year strategic plans for both accounts and built an open-to-buy plan with Shiekh.
- Ran a homecoming event with WSS in South Gate, with customization at the event and in store.

- All-Star 2011 boutique sell-through averaged 67.4% across nine doors.
- Summer 2011 bookings beat goal in footwear and apparel.
