Questions about Medical device US entry, answered in the words of the people who did the work. The engagement itself is on its own page.
How did the exclusivity finding change the channel plan?
What stayed viable was introductions to specific buyers, not a full market launch. Entering the U.S. market takes real investment: new compliance, a new corporate structure and all new contracts, plus investor readiness work before any introduction lands. A commission-only arrangement does not cover that, so we never put full resources behind a launch. We still shop it, and it sits on the back burner for us. If a real buyer comes up, an assisted living operator for example, we would work to make that deal, and with a buyer in hand we would revisit the terms.
