What it is
PC Analytics serves practice-based medical groups that grow by buying practices and recruiting the physicians and clinical staff to run them. Alex Prince founded it as a Prince Capital company. Its site is pcanalytics.ai.
In specialties private equity has not fully entered, few practices come to market, so the buying happens off market. Alex found that nobody offered the whole growth pipeline as one service.
What PC Analytics does
- Runs one program that keeps three pipelines full at once: recruiting, acquisitions and the practice itself, so a group that finds a practice already has the people to staff it.
- Each engagement calibrates the acquisition and recruiting criteria with the practice, sources continuously, builds the outreach infrastructure, runs an acquisition outreach program and a recruiting program, screens and runs full diligence on flagged practices, and reports weekly and monthly. Marketing and data rooms are part of the same service. Transaction support sits in a separate agreement.
