What it is
Common Ground has five principals. Jesse Fowler created his own site, jfowler.io, on February 25, 2026. A handoff document from that week called its design "too cold, technical, and futuristic." The other principals had no matching sites.
The plan recorded on March 1, 2026 was to use jfowler.io as the structural template for the other principals. Each site would share the structure and carry its own color and voice.
What Khounlavong did
- Reworked jfowler.io from March 2026. He holds 57 of its 68 commits. Fowler holds the other 11, including his own overhaul of February 26, 2026. The work covered the portfolio and card system, headshots, share images, scroll animation for phones, the search and AI readiness files, a questions and answers schema and analytics.
- Built thisisjimmyk.com, his own site, from March 27, 2026. All 28 commits are his.
- Built the site for Nick Scavio from March 29, 2026. All 26 commits are his.
- Built aprince.io for Alex Prince from March 31, 2026. All 32 commits are his. Prince wrote his own site copy, and Khounlavong implemented it.
- Built the site for Robby Prochnow from June 3, 2026. The repository was cloned from the Scavio site, so 13 of its 48 commits are inherited. The 35 commits from June 3 onward are his.
- Put nick.commonground.ventures and robby.commonground.ventures live on July 16, 2026, through DNS records and his own hosting account.
- Set one framing standard for the five headshots and share cards. The commit history records eye lines and head heights aligned across the principals.
- Replaced the footer credits on every site with one line, "Created by Common Ground", on September 23, 2026. The decision to use one credit line was Fowler's. Khounlavong carried it out.
Results
- Five public sites: jfowler.io, thisisjimmyk.com, aprince.io, nick.commonground.ventures and robby.commonground.ventures.
- jfowler.io, thisisjimmyk.com and aprince.io each graded A minus in the search and AI readiness audit of July 17, 2026. The audit noted that every problem site in the group had been built outside the shared pattern.
- No traffic or inquiry figures for these sites exist in any document read.
