What it is
Three smaller clients each needed a site that worked and kept working. A strategy consulting firm needed its homepage and offer rebuilt. A youth sports nonprofit needed a site that could take registrations. A family foundation needed a site up, hosted and on its own domain.
The decision
For the strategy firm, Zen Aegis wrote a development standard and an element registry along with the pages, so later pages follow the same rules instead of drifting.
For the nonprofit, registrations run through a webhook, with form alerts to the team.
What Zen Aegis did
- Strategy consulting firm: rebuilt the homepage through four versions, wrote the full site copy, wireframes and secondary pages, set a development standard and element registry, ran a production-readiness audit and defined the service packages.
- Youth sports nonprofit: built the website and hosting, form alerts and a registration webhook, across 15 milestones.
- Family foundation: built a hosted site of three to five pages and configured its domain.
Results
- All three builds are live.
- The nonprofit's registration system shipped across 15 milestones.
