What it is
The building at 301 W Osborn needed to sell a point of view, not floor plans. It had no name, no identity, no voice and no digital presence.
The brand had to carry 22 residences from 871 to 2,101 square feet, priced from $722K to $1.88M.
What Lip Loi Creative did
- Brand architecture and naming: a design language where Japandi restraint meets the Sonoran desert, in a wordmark set in licensed Piala, with kerning he adjusted and a diaeresis he added, and in licensed Japandi type.
- Voice and copy: every headline, residence story and sales page in one quiet, confident register.
- The buyer experience: a website with 22 individually named and storied residence pages, an inquiry pipeline, and search and AI optimization from day one.
- Product merchandising: a three-tier selections program, Kanso, Shibui and Miyabi, with a printed and digital look-book that ladders design level into price.
