What it is
No Caller ID is a consulting agency based in Los Angeles. Its site describes the work as "Licensing, Partnerships, & Intellectual Property Management." Khounlavong began Lip Loi Creative in December 2019 and left Nike in January 2020. This was among the studio's first work, and he names it as the impetus for building the studio into a business.
