Lïef is led by Jesse Fowler, Common Ground’s
Execution & Development principal, whose prior firm, Tellus Design + Build, ran from 2004 to
2023 and completed more than 400 projects and over $300M of built work with architecture, estimating and construction under one roof. Lïef has been a principal holding in the
Common Ground portfolio since 2023 and anchors the
